1. Use a commercial-grade heat press. Hand irons will not work.
2. For cotton: Set the temperature to 300°F (150°C) and press for 10 seconds.
For polyester: Set the temperature to 285°F (140°C) and press for 8 seconds.
3. Apply heavy pressure (60 PSI/8-9).
4. Peel the backing paper immediately after opening the press.
5. Cover with parchment paper or Teflon (not included) and press for an additional 5 seconds.
6. Peel the paper immediately after opening the press.

3. Apply heavy pressure (60 PSI/8-9).
4. Press the transfer for 25 seconds.
5. Wait for the transfer to cool completely before peeling the film away from the shirt.
6. Once peeled, cover the design with a Teflon sheet and press again for another 25 seconds.

For Glow in the Dark transfers and other specialty films:
1. Follow the same Cold Peel Instructions as above.
2. Please note that these transfers may be more difficult to peel due to their unique properties.
3. Take extra care when peeling to ensure the best results.
4. If you encounter any issues, let the transfer cool completely before attempting to peel again.
